Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 April 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, and use of the HD CamPro mobile application provided by Aquarian TV (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HD CamPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and discontinue use.
2. License Grant
HD CamPro is built upon the Open Camera codebase and is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and commercial photography.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what the GPL permits. All trademarks and branding remain the property of Aquarian TV.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use HD CamPro only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to capture images or videos that violate privacy laws, intellectual property rights, or any applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you create with the app. We claim no rights over your media.
4. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. Some functions depend on your device hardware and Android version, and may not be available on all models.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
HD CamPro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquarian TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HD CamPro, including loss of data, device malfunction, or missed photographic opportunities.
7. Third-Party Components
HD CamPro includes open-source libraries and Google Play Services. Your use of those components is subject to their respective licenses and terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
