Last updated: 1 April 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Aquarian TV (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you install and use the HD CamPro application on Android devices.
1. Information We Collect
HD CamPro does not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app requests access to your camera, microphone, and photo library solely to capture and save images and videos on your device.
We do not upload your photos or videos to any server. All media remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it through third-party applications.
2. Permissions Explained
- Camera: Required for taking photos and recording video.
- Microphone: Required only when recording video with audio.
- Storage: Required to save captured media to your device.
- Location (optional): Used only if you enable geotagging for your photos.
3. Third-Party Services
HD CamPro uses Google Play Services for crash reporting and anonymous usage analytics. These services may collect device identifiers, app version, and crash logs. Google’s privacy policy governs that data processing.
The app also integrates the Open Camera library, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License. Open Camera does not transmit any personal data.
4. Data Retention
Crash logs and anonymised usage data are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. We do not store any user-generated content on our servers because no such content is transmitted.
5. Children’s Privacy
HD CamPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Your Rights
You may revoke camera, microphone, or storage permissions at any time through your Android device settings. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences and media associated with HD CamPro.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
